Conrex Steel has unique equipment and capabilities for forming and fabricating large diameter segmental heads or shapes. Our flexibility enables us to advance a segmental head for fabrication beyond the formed only state. We can form larger individual pieces than most other companies. That means less field welding time and fewer seams for quality control.
Depending on maximum shipping limits, Conrex Steel can supply welded heads. We are also capable of supplying partially welded or match marked heads for subsequent field or shop assembly.
Finally, we can offer segments on a formed only basis for customer to trim, fit, bevel, assemble and weld.
